Jennie {Bridals}
I was wandering around the internet the other day (you know you do it, too) and I stumbled upon this word: “chronoptimist.” A chronoptimist is a person who always underestimates the time necessary to complete a task or project. Used in context:
“Hey, Cindy. you know my parents are expecting us in 20 minutes.”
“No problem. I just have to wash the dishes, take a shower, do my hair, walk the dog and then I’m all good to go. See you in 15.”
“You are such a chronoptimist!”
That’s totally me. I always seem to think that I can get WAY more accomplished than I actually do. Take the 3 weddings, 1 engagement, and 1 maternity session that all happened within 3 weeks of one another for example. Somehow I thought that I would be able to continue doing everything my life demands of me PLUS finish editing, blogging, and uploading galleries of all those pictures in just 2 weeks. Riiiiiiight. I’m sure a seasoned pro who doesn’t have another job outside of their photography business might could get that done, but not me. I’ve learned my lesson.
I am finally catching up though. I’ll have Jennie+Rich’s wedding blogged and galleries uploaded by tonight (I had said they would be done this past Saturday…oh, well). And I have for you right now Jennie’s bridals. We went out to Navy Point for these pictures, and the session was ended rather abruptly when all of us decided we had had enough of the biting gnats. But we definitely got some really good ones before they ran us off. A few of them are also in Jennie’s parent’s living room on a couch that I’m still plotting to steal from them…
Wedding pictures will be posted soon!

Jennie is so beautiful!! Diana, you did an amazing job with these pics.
I love the pictures…but the couch is actually my couch…so I don’t think stealing it will be as easy as you hope;)
jennie, you are absolutely beautiful! … and… your cake has greatly inspired me. :)
