Bostian Family | Kennesaw, GA Children’s Photographer
Well, this is the last of the “Kennesaw Sessions.” Two more sweet little girls here (and a puppy in a few of the pictures). The youngest girl was cracking me up the entire session. I had the hardest time getting her to stop being silly (which kinda makes things fun actually), because she was forever striking a pose or making a face. It was hilarious. :-)

Here’s my next installment from my time in Kennesaw. These two girls are just meant to be in front of the camera. I mean, I would tell them to go stand somewhere and before I could give them any more direction they would already be looking totally comfortable and top-model-esque. See what I mean…

There’ll be one more Kennsaw session up on the blog in the next day or two, so be sure to check back!

Bresko Family | Kennesaw, GA Children’s Photographer
A couple of weeks ago Jake and I went to visit some family in Kennesaw, GA. I had scheduled a few photo sessions for our time there, and this is the first of the “Kennesaw Sessions.” :-) The beautiful location? Their backyard. Really. I want a backyard like that…

Kasey | Pensacola, FL Senior Portrait Photographer
Kasey is a senior at Jay High School in Jay, FL, this year, and she’s pretty easy to please. Give her a book and her iPod (loaded with fun indie music) and she’s happy. We met out at Fort Pickens (my first time out there actually, and I loved it!) for her session. Jake served as tour guide using the pamphlet we got at the gate and provided us some historical information/constant entertainment as we walked around. Thanks for that, Jake. ;-)
Kasey, you’re beautiful. And fun. Just so you know.

Oh yeah, you really should keep off…

The Bartons | Mobile, AL Family Photographer
Have you ever noticed that you don’t see a whole lot of pictures of me around here? Part of that is because I just prefer looking at pictures of other people rather than myself. But the other part is that I’m always the one with the camera. Sure I could use a remote or set up the timer on the camera to get some pictures of myself, but that’s just a lot of work. I guess I could let Jake take a few pictures of me, but what if I wanted pictures of Jake & me together? And here we’ve reached the photographer’s dilemma: We’re too busy taking pictures to actually have our own picture taken.
Meet Marsha. She’s a photographer who’s had that same dilemma. She has plenty of pictures of her kids, and she’s made her husband pose a few times as well, but SHE’S not in any of the pictures. We met at the Mobile Botanical Gardens a couple of weeks ago to try to rectify this situation…
